I'm Saad, a full stack engineer in Hyderabad and a recent computer science graduate from VIT. I like owning a problem end to end: shaping the data model, wiring up the backend, deploying the infrastructure, and sweating the interface until it feels right.

Right now I'm building production software at Avacasa, AI-driven real estate tools, cloud infrastructure on AWS, and fast, SEO-friendly frontends in Next.js. What I care about most is shipping things that hold up: measured, resilient, and quietly detailed.

What I do

I work across the whole stack, from data models and APIs to AWS deploys and the interface itself. Most at home in the messy middle where product, performance, and infrastructure meet.

Work experience

- Shipped close to 100 commits across the frontend and backend, spanning property discovery, SEO, listings, maps, guides, admin tooling, and core APIs.
- Built an AI property recommendation agent with n8n and OpenAI, automating lead qualification end to end and cutting manual work by over 60 percent.
- Architected the AWS setup: Dockerized microservices on ECS Fargate with GitHub Actions CI/CD, ECR, IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch, holding 99.9 percent uptime.
- Built backend data services with MongoDB aggregation pipelines, full-catalog caching, and tokenized search that cut response payloads by 73 percent.
- Owned SEO and routing hardening across the search pages: backend location resolution, canonical redirects, sitemap regeneration, and refresh-safe filters on desktop and mobile.
- Built a map-based property discovery experience with a split map and list view, bounding-box-backed fetching, mobile drawers, and interactive map pins.
- Built a Flask backend with RESTful endpoints for clean client-server communication and efficient database access.
- Built a responsive Next.js and Tailwind frontend that improved page load performance by 35 percent and lifted usability scores in internal testing.
